This will help you gather what you need for this appointment.

Please have all of your documents neat & in order, as this will help us take better use of your time, I will move with accuracy & quickly as you allow me.



MUST HAVE A VALID SOCIAL SECURITY CARD WITH A LETTER & 8 NUMBERS ON THE BACK, IF THIS MISSING PLEASE REORDER YOUR CARD.

1. Company Name & Address, (Who you receive your bill from), not the address where you mail your payments.

2. I Need The Total Complete Payoff:: Personal Loans , Student Loans, Credit Card's, Mortgage Loan, HOI, Car or Truck Loan, Life Insurance, Car Insurance, Anything on your Credit Report that is tide to your SSN & more.

3. Utilizes Bills,( Electric, Gas, Water, Garbage) you take the highest bill of each & we multiple by 12 & there's your average for the year, now if you haven't already you can go back 3 years, That means that total each, for the last 3 yrs.

4. Cell Phone Bill the same, Please read this carefully, this has to be tide to YOUR SSN so that means if your debt is tide to multiple SSN like Husband & Wife, Partners in a business where, let's use Protery, Land, Building, whatever, if you both are responsible for that Loan on both of your Credit Report/Loan, you each have to file separately.

Mortgage Loan Payoff: Fees are 1% of the Total PayOff Amount Balance, Due Immediately Once The Debt has a Zero Balance.

Auto & Truck Loan Pay Off: Fees are 5% of the Total Payoff Amount Balance, Due Immediately Once The Debt has a Zero.
